The mathematics behind New year resolutions

New year,  New me right... Ummm maybe not. I always seem to set resolutions but never really fulfilled them. But then an idea came to my head. Resolutions are based on mathematics. No wonder I could never fulfill them.         ADD THINGS THAT BRING YOU JOY AND PEACE   LET PEOPLE IN, BUILD A SUPPORT NETWORK OF TRUSTWORTHY LIVING PEOPLE  HAVE MORE HOBBIES LOVE OTHER MORE- EXERCISE AND LOSING WEIGHT SEEM TO BE ONE OF THE MOST COMMON RESOLUTIONS BUT MAINTAIN A GOOD BODY IMAGE                     SUBTRACT THINGS THAT ARE TOXIC RELATIONSHIPS BEHAVIOR  ATTITUDES  GRUDGES  FEAR                     multiply - "possibilities do not add up .tey multiply" -paul romer     divide and conquer
